I want to get a part time job doing some kind of writing.
But I am hesitant to actually go out and apply.
I hate rejection.
I would hate to find out that I am not actually that great of a writer.
So rather than try and fail, I do nothing (another type of failure).

We'd rather leave no trace and not look back
Than face the anxiety here and now
